ORDERING FROM US

We accept orders placed via phone, fax, e-mail or through our website. For your records, orders should be made out to Invitro Sciences Inc., our parent company.

ONLINE ORDERING

You may place your orders with us through this website. You will have to set up an account once you complete your first order, or in advance through “My Account”. Once this is done, your basic information will be kept on file for future orders. You may alter or delete this information at any time. When ordering, the system will show that all products are “In Stock”. This is a system setting in order to place your order online, and does not necessarily mean that each item is in stock at our warehouse.

PRICING

All prices on the website are in Canadian funds, and do not include any applicable taxes, but do include any duties coming into Canada. Prices are subject to change without notice, and may not be up to date, although every effort will be made to honor the prices you see. Quantity discounts are available upon request.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payment via MasterCard and VISA, cheque or money order, and exact cash for pick-up orders. Please provide the card number and expiry date for payment via credit card. All cheques should be made payable to Invitro Sciences Inc. Payments must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice, which is 30 days. Late payment fees will be charged on all delayed payments.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR ORDERS

Orders for most products are F.O.B. our warehouse in Fonthill, Ontario. Shipping and handling charges are additional and depend on weight, volume and your location. Shipping and handling charges always apply to shipments involving dangerous goods. Please contact us for pricing or other details in advance if necessary.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are not accepted without prior authorization, and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Contact us in advance for authorization and instructions for all product returns.

FOREIGN CUSTOMERS

We welcome orders from customers in the United States and other countries. We will generally invoice those orders in U.S. funds. You can place your order through our website, and we will contact you with the correct pricing, or you can contact us in advance. Many of our products are available from suppliers in the U.S. or other countries, and we will be happy to direct you to the right supplier.

Security measures have been integrated into the design, implementation and day-to-day operating practices as part of our commitment to protect the personal information it holds. Any information supplied through our contact forms is used to aid our business to respond to our request and provide you with the necessary information. Your email address may be entered to receive our electronic newsletter. You can unsubscribe to this Newsletter at any time. We will not sell or otherwise provide the information we collect to outside third parties for the purpose of direct or indirect mass email marketing or other marketing activities.
