Sperm Hy-Liter™

Sperm heads are clearly differentiated from background, and previously concealed sperm are easily observed. Sperm HY-LITER uses a human-specific fluorescently labeled monoclonal anti body detection method. It allows you to rapidly scan slides at lower magnification, and to quickly and easily locate sperm obscured by debris and epithelial cells. Technique can be automated using new
fluorescent microscopes, software and slide stations.
