These blood tubes are routinely used by medical personnel to collect victim and suspect blood specimens for a variety of forensic testing. All blood tubes shipped from Tri-Tech Inc. have an expiration date of 12 months or greater.
Our 7ml Lavender-Stoppered Glass Blood Tubes (13 x 100 mm) contain a 15% solution of EDTA (K3) which is the preferred preservative for DNA typing of collected blood specimens.
