-Set-up the team who have simultaneous access to the case to increase efficiency and provide protection of data. A log of all access activity is automatically generated for continuity and evidence integrity, chain of custody documentation.

-Import data to provide consistent information availability in one secure source. Supports many formats such as full spherical images, full spherical image shots and video, audio and other photo images, area and floor plans, physical evidence documentation, lab reports, case notes and general information.

-The classification of the case assets generates an organized file with different intuitive ways to search for information. Predefined and user definable structuring is available for maximum flexibility.
