Our series of semi-inkless pads contain a polyethylene micron plastic pad which is impregnated with a nontoxic, nonfading permanent black fingerprint ink that dries instantaneously. The pads are used around the world by governments, law enforcement agencies, banks, investment firms, and hospitals. The ink is easily removed by simply rubbing the fingers together or wiping with a dry tissue.
